AberyarnTerms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Aberyarn, including any related services, applications, and content (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You may use the Service only if you are legally capable of forming a binding contract with Aberyarn and are not prohibited from doing so under any applicable laws. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
2. Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to, interfering with the Service's normal operation, attempting to access unauthorised areas, submitting unlawful content, or violating applicable privacy and communication laws.
4. Content and Summaries
Aberyarn generates summaries to help your teams communicate effectively. You retain ownership of the content you provide. By submitting content, you grant Aberyarn a limited licence to process that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
5. Subscription and Payments
Access to some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing frequency, and refund policies will be described at the point of purchase and may be updated from time to time. Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are non-refundable.
6. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data in connection with the Service is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the processing of your information consistent with that policy and applicable law.
7. Service Changes and Availability
We may modify or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access without liability to you or any third party.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aberyarn and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data, arising from your use of the Service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aberyarn is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service or applicable law. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the bottom of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
